CCIM Institute (CCIM)
The CCIM Institute has conferred the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation since 1969. Professional experience requirements ensure that a CCIM is skilled in both theory and practice. The Institute stresses education, networking and ethical practice. There are currently over 7,000 CCIM designated professionals and over 5,000 candidates pursuing the designation, and their business network encompasses 1,000 markets in 52 countries. Counselors of Real Estate (CRE)
The Counselors of Real Estate is an international network of commercial practitioners who provide advice to clients on complex real property situations and land-related issues. CRE designated members hold prominent positions in real estate, financial, legal, and accounting firms, as well as in government and academia. Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM)
For over 60 years, the Institute of Real Estate Management has provided training, information, research, analysis, and practical advice for those who manage income-producing real estate of all types, at all career levels. Services of IREM are designed to help members maximize the value of the real estate and safeguard those who live, work, and shop in the properties they manage. The Institute awards designations of Certified Property Manager (CPM), the Accredited Residential Manager® (ARM), and the Accredited Management Organization® (ARO). REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI)
